the location proved fantastic for accessing museums and various restaurants. the hotel was reasonably priced, especially given its central location. our superior double room was clean, offering a comfortable stay. all the staff members were polite and helpful (i liked that a lot!).
the reception area felt a bit small when trying to check in with other travelers and luggage.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to the opéra metro station. It made traveling around the city very easy. place de la concorde and the louvre are also within walking distance, a plus. disneyland is easily accessible via the metro system.

breakfast presented a tasty and varied array of options. the breakfast included many choices. there were, however, a few limitations in the variety of fruits (especially during peak hours).

the hotel provides complimentary lavazza espresso machines in the rooms. capsules are included, very convenient (i enjoyed my daily espresso!). clean towels were provided daily, contributing to a comfortable experience.

The rooms were spacious, even with three guest. Decoration were beautiful. Breakfast selection did include tasty options, and I like this. The metro nearby allowed for easy travel around the city. I appreciated hotel location in the heart of the shopping district.
Wi-Fi connectivity experienced occasional hiccups, but that did not spoil the experience.

Staff was helpful, very pleasant, and knowledgeable. Issac and his staff were accommodating. The team presented a constant willingness to assist.

The location was acceptable , with easy access to nearby attractions.
The room I received was not what I expected. It felt cramped and the air conditioning did not work properly , causing the room to become stuffy. the minibar prices felt excessive. I was charged an exorbitant amount for a small bottle of water.

My best friend and i stayed in a queen bedroom. the room was spacious enough for both of us. We were only there to sleep. the location is amazing, walkable to many main attractions. we were able to drop off our luggage early and explore until our room was ready.
The room was completely different from the photos online. i was given an attic-style room with a low ceiling. It was like a horror movie setting. they do not provide basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste.

i stayed in a superior double room that offered ample space. the air conditioning worked effectively i found it beneficial . complimentary breakfast included pastries and fresh fruit it was a convenient start to the day. i appreciated the quiet courtyard view from my room.
the elevator operated slowly i experienced some delay particularly during peak hours.

breakfast featured fresh fruit juice and a selection of pastries each morning. the dining area included comfortable seating and soft lighting it made mornings better. i saw that carmelita was very helpful and attentive.
